Prestige Property Consulting: Valuing Excellence Since 2013

Prestige Property Consulting Ltd. (PPCL) is a registered company specialised in the business of valuation and real property related services in Ghana. We obtained our license from the Governing Council of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors in 2013 and have since operated as a Valuation and Real Property Consultancy Company in Ghana. PPCL has at its disposal a team of dedicated and highly skilled valuers who are ready to meet your valuation and related property services needs with finesse.

Our Professional Team

Surv. Mark Atiamo – MSc, BSc, MGhIS
Managing Consultant

He is an experienced professional valuer with over Eighteen years of professional experience. His wealth of experience cuts across multiple valuations and property related services for businesses and organisations.

He holds BSc. Land Economy and MSc. Facilities Management from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He started his career in 2002 as Estates Officer and rose to become Assistant Valuer, Valuer and Senior Valuer between the period 2002 to 2008. He has been a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors since 2007 and has served as the Team Leader/Principal Valuer on several multiple valuation projects such as valuation of assets of Ghana Commercial Bank Ltd, Ghana Cocoa Board, PBC Ltd Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority and several compensation assignments under compulsory acquisition. He is currently the Managing Consultant overseeing several valuation projects involving residential, commercial and industrial property valuation assignments and property related consultancy services. He is also an astute consultant in compulsory acquisition valuation representation having represented many affected persons on several government acquisitions and mining projects.

Surv. Eric Osae Koranteng - BSc. Land Economy, MGhIS
Senior Consultant

He is a graduate of Land Economy and a trained valuer with over sixteen years practicing experience in property valuation and real estate consultancy. Before joining Prestige Property Consulting Ltd. as a Senior Consultant, he had worked with HFC Realty Ltd as Estates Manager in charge of facilities management and real estate advisory services between 2010 and 2014.

He was directly responsible for all valuations of HFC Bank assets and collateral properties. He has worked for different valuation firms. Between 2007 and 2009 he worked as coordinator and supervisor of valuations for various purposes including secured lending and insurance on behalf of banks, corporate institutions and private investors in different valuation firms. From 2004 to 2008 he worked as valuer responsible for valuations of commercial, industrial and residential properties for private businessmen and for banks including National Investment Bank, then Barclays Bank, Ecobank, Standard Chartered Bank, etc. for collateral.

Surv. Isaac Mensah Buah – MSc, BSc. Land Economy, MGhIS
Senior Consultant

Surv. Isaac Mensah Buah graduated from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology with MSc. Industrial Finance in 2018 and BSc. Land Economy in 2009. He is a professional member of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors. His career started in 2010 as aNational Service person as Assistant Estate Officer responsible for inspection and measurement of properties for valuation etc

He rose through the ranks to the position of Valuer and Senior Valuer after he was elected to the membership of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and has over 10 years’ wealth of professional experience. He joined Prestige Property Consulting Ltd. as Senior Consultant and has been on several valuation projects involving residential, commercial and industrial property valuations for banks and other organisations. He is also well vest in compulsory acquisition valuations representation and has served in that role on projects such as Ofankor-Nsawam Road Project, La-Beach Road Completion Project, Kasoa-Winneba Road Project, etc.

Surv. Kwame Addai-Boateng (BSc. Land Economy, MGhIS)
Senior Valuer

Surv. Kwame Addai-Boateng graduated from KNUST in 2014 with BSc. Land Economy. He proceeded to the Sunyani Lands Commission where he had his National Service in the year 2015. He then moved to K. Nyame Multiventures, an exploration and mining firm at Ayamfuri as an estate officer and subsequently moved to Prestige Property Consulting Ltd. in 2017 as a valuer.

He quickly learnt the art and science of the valuation profession, building his professional experience over the years. He was elected to the professional membership of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors (GhIS) in 2019 and has since then risen through the ranks to the position of Senior Valuer. He is responsible for field inspections and measurements, market data gathering and analysis, report writing, valuation etc. He has been on several valuation projects including the valuation of Landed properties of PBC Ltd, Valuation of ADB Branch premises in Koforidua, Valuation of Assets of Ghana Cocoa Board, Ridge Royal Hotel Ltd, Golden Bean Hotel, SSNIT, Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, etc. He has also undertaken a number of assignments in valuation for compensation under compulsory acquisitions.

Surv. Sintim Kuffour Ernest (BSc. Real Estate, MGhIS)
Valuer

Surv. Sintim Kuffour Ernest is a product of KNUST with a Degree in Real Estate. He was called to the professional membership of the Ghana Institution of Surveyors in 2022 and has since been with Prestige Property Consulting as a Valuer.

Before joining Prestige Property Consulting Ltd. in 2021, he worked with Klems Real Estate and Engineering Consult as a Land Lease and Acquisition expert for Five (5) years running between 2016 and 2020. Currently, he is a Valuer responsible for field inspections and measurements, market data gathering and analysis, report writing and valuation. He has been on several projects including compensation valuation (Eshiem Site for Ghana Railway Development Authority) Secondi-Takoradi, and valuation of Landed properties and assets of institutions such as PBC Ltd, Ridge Royal Hotel Ltd, SSNIT, First Bank Ghana, GPHA, etc.
